Centravo has set up an Odor Hotline especially for residents both as an environmental measure and to enable it to react quickly if the need arises.
We’re here for you
Since the substances recovered and disposed of at our facilities are organic in nature, they could give off unpleasant odors. We are aware of this and take precautions to keep emissions as low as possible.
An oversight committee consisting of representatives of the municipality of Lyss, BECO, and the Centravo Group monitors the odor measurements stipulated by law and discusses any feedback received from neighbors through the Odor Hotline.
If unpleasant odors are still noticeable in the neighborhood and a Centravo Group business is the suspected origin, we ask that we please be notified us as quickly as possible – preferably via the Odor Hotline form, which will be forwarded to the oversight committee of the Lyss Construction Department, where it will be registered. That lets us locate an odor’s sources quickly and eliminate it efficiently wherever necessary.
