Greaves from beef and pork
Alongside fat production, Swiss Nutrivalor processes selected pork and beef raw materials to produce high-quality greaves for Centravo. Supplier to the pharmaceutical industry
Mucus obtained from processing intestines provides the raw material needed for heparin to treat thrombosis; cartilaginous mass from the tracheae and larynges of pigs and cattle is processed to obtain chondroitin sulphate – a proven active ingredient against osteoarthritis and joint disorders.
