Salary

Competitive market-oriented salaries and one additional monthly salary payment each year. We also make the full payments for Old-Age and Survivors’ Insurance (OASI), Disability Insurance (DI), Income Compensation Insurance (IC) and Unemployment Insurance (ALV) for the 13th monthly salary.
 

Education and training

Highly qualified employees equipped with the latest technical and specialist knowledge play a major role in our success, which is why education and training are a top priority at our company Depending on the programmes in question, we either cover a large share of the costs of such education and training or else assume all of the costs.
 

Ongoing salary payment in the event of illness and/or accident

In the event of a long-term absence from work, the company will continue to pay 100% of your salary for a maximum of 730 days.
 

Maternity leave

We grant maternity leave of 16 weeks at full pay
 

Accident and daily sickness allowance insurance

Employees pay 0.5% of their insured salary each into the Occupational Accident Insurance (OAI) fund, the Non-Occupational Accident Insurance (NOAI) fund and the Daily Sickness Allowance Insurance (DSA) fund. We cover the full remainder of the contributions for all three funds.
 

Holidays

Annual paid holiday leave amounts to:
Up until the age of 20:30 working days
age 20 – 49:25 working days
age 20 – 49, from the 21st year of service:30 working days
age 50 and over:30 working days
age 60 and over:35 working days
